The Tempe Tourism Office team is hosting local journalists for “Fun Fridays in Tempe.” These events include an activity and a meal. All that you have to do is provide just a couple hours of your time. It’s an easy way to learn more about our city and have a great time too.
The first Fun Fridays in Tempe are as scheduled:
Friday, October 14:
9 a.m. – Try the newest breakfast and lunch spot in Tempe, NCounter, which is owned by the same family that is responsible for Mesa's famously delicious TC Eggington's.
10 a.m. – Explore Tempe Town Lake on a paddleboard, hydrobike or kayak.
Friday, November 4:
Tentatively scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., we’ll visit The Bicycle Cellar at the Tempe Transportation Center, take a bike ride along the new crosscut canal path and over the Tempe Town Lake pedestrian bridge and return to Mill Avenue for lunch at Canteen Modern Tequila Bar. You can bring your own bike for this event or use one provided by The Bicycle Cellar.
