Accessible Hotels in Tempe – Vacations for People with Disabilities

The chart below shows the Tempe hotels and resorts that are equipped with accessibility features and handicap and wheelchair accessible hotel rooms and accommodations. They include accessible parking, van accessible parking, roll-in showers, equipment for deaf and hard of hearing, and Braille signage. The Braille signage/raised letters appear on guest rooms, meeting rooms, elevators and public restrooms. The featured amenities in handicap accessible hotel rooms are provided to guests for the most comfort and convenience while in Tempe.

	ROOMS - Door clearance of at least 32", 36" clear path to room features. Environmental controls 48" or lower.
	ROLL-IN SHOWERS - 5'X 5' turnaround space. Handheld shower. Shower chair/bench. Threshold less than 1/4".
	BATHROOMS - Door clearance of at least 32", 5x5 turnaround space in restroom and stall. Roll under sink with 27" knee clearance. Grab bars on back wall and one side of toilet. Toilet height 17" - 19".
EQUIPMENT FOR DEAF & HARD OF HEARING/BRAILLE SIGNAGE
	D - Equipment for deaf & hard of hearing avaialable (at least TTY, visual fire alarm).
	B - Braille/raised letters 60" above finish floor level on latch side of doors for guest rooms, meeting rooms, elevators and public restrooms.
