If you are ready to live it up like a leprechaun and drink Guinness until you actually believe you’re Irish, then this St. Patrick’s Day, you’re in luck. Tempe has everything from entertainment, to great food and drink specials that get you feeling like you’re St. Patrick himself! Check out these close by locations in order to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Tempe. Just remember to have fun, and be responsible — use a cab or public transportation to get around.

Celebrate St Patrick’s Day at Rula Bula Irish Pub!

Celebrate St. Patrick’s day in a big way this year by joining Rula Bula’s two day celebration. That’s right, two days! Starting March 16th, Rula Bula is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with Ireland at 5:01 p.m.! But remember to pace yourself, because another full day of celebration continues on March 17th starting at 10 a.m. Enjoy live music with Trevor Jones, Tommy Rocker, Tempe Town Lake Pipe Band, Hanna Lopez, Whiskey Tango and McTeggart Irish Dancers. Also, enjoy promotions and giveaways by Guinness, Jameson Bushmills, Tullamore Dew and more. Cocktail specials and full food menu will be available including Best of Phoenix Fish ‘n Chips and Shepherd’s Pie.

Tempe Sister Cities invites you to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish dinner at the Hackett House, located in Downtown Tempe. Tempe Sister Cities brings the Irish spirit to Tempe for the best celebration in town on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Enjoy lively Irish music, traditional Irish cuisine and no-host bar. The cost is $20 per person or $30 for two.

Pedal Haus Brewery

This Tempe restaurant and brewery has all the luck o’ the Irish favorites. Come and enjoy and your choice of $4 Guinness and Snake Bites, $6 Irish Car Bombs, $6 Dickel ‘n’ Cider Bombs and $5 green beer. Guests can also pair their green beer with Irish food specials like Corned Beef and Cabbage with Roasted Country Vegetables ($13) and Shepard’s Pie ($11). Live folk-style music will also be going on throughout the evening.

The Thirsty Lion located at Tempe Marketplace is St. Patrick’s Day central for food, drink and fun. Now through March 19th, the restaurant will be serving up traditional Irish favorites with a modern twist, including Irish Beef Stew, Bacon Cheddar Potato Cakes, Irish Shepherd’s Pie, and Jameson Bing Cherry Bread Pudding. Not to be left out, several Irish cocktails and beer flights will also be available.

The party starts at 7 a.m. at Four Peaks in Tempe! From 7-10 a.m., choose from an assortment of Irish themed breakfast options including corned beef and hash, Irish Brewer’s Breakfast, French toast and Killarney Benedict. The full menu and an Irish menu will be available starting at 10 a.m. Plus, enjoy $4 beers all day long, $6 Irish coffee and $4 green mimosas. In addition to live music, Irish fare, drink specials, and bagpipers, there will be a t-shirt giveaway to early risers to highlight this annual alcoholiday.
