Four Peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Town Lake is one of Tempe’s signature annual events and is always a great time for the entire family.

Benefiting Tempe Sister Cities, Four Peaks Oktoberfest combines beer gardens, live music, a polka stage, German food vendors, wiener dog (Dachshund) races, carnival rides, kid’s activities and more. Arrive early to take in the sights and flavors of this traditional Bavarian-themed festival and stick around after sunset for the glowing lights and live music.

    • Music Lineup: Honeygirl, Green 182, Sliced Limes, Sara Robinson Band, Whiskey Quicker, Superhero, Walt Richardson, Farmer Wilson, Tony’s Polka Parade, Cold Shott and the Hurricane Horns, Dayweather, Christopher Shayne Band, and Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers (headliner)

Sunday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (free admission all day)

  • Wiener dog (Dachshund) races; amateur stein-holding competition; happy hour; kinderfest, arts-crafts and games.
  • Music Lineup: Christie Huff, Ashbrook, Wyves, Southern Ways, Lacey Rashea Band, Rose Colored Eyes, The Bayou Bandits, and Rock Lobster
