Black Theatre Troupe presents the Tony Award-winning musical, “Caroline, Or Change.“ Set in 1963 Louisiana, the show follows Caroline Thibodeaux, a Black mother working for a Jewish family. A family conflict during the holidays tests her relationship with the young son, Noah. This moving musical blends gospel and Motown with operatic stylings to illuminate the changing times of the Civil Rights era.
