Event Summary

If you feel like tickling your funny bone, head over to the legendary Tempe Improv Comedy Theatre. Tempe Improv brings some of the hottest talents from around the country and puts them center stage right here in Tempe, Arizona. Comprising of over 3,500 square feet and over 450 seats, there’s never a bad view in the house! A two-drink minimum is required for all ticket holders.

August Performances:

Aug. 15-17 | Josh Blue
After winning Last Comic Standing in 2006, Josh Blue has become a well-established headliner at venues worldwide. After placing 3rd on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Josh Blue is touring with his “As NOT Seen on TV Tour.” According to Howie Mandel, “This is the year of Josh Blue!” Get your tickets and “Buckle UP!”

Aug. 29-31 | James Austin Johnson
James Austin Johnson, a comedian from Nashville and a cast member on Saturday Night Live, is known for his versatile celebrity impressions, including a spot-on impression of Trump. As a stand-up comedian, he has performed on the Vice series Flophouse, Riot LA and Just for Laughs.

Sept. 6-7 | Arnez J
Arnez J. is a well-known comedic artist who hosted BET’s “Comic View” for two seasons. His new comedy special, “Racially Motivated,” can be streamed on Netflix.

Sept. 13-14 | Casey Rocket
Casey Rocket is an Austin-based comedian who started out in South Georgia and found success in the Atlanta comedy scene.ertile soil of the Atlanta comedy scene.

Sept. 20-22 | Che Durena
Haitian-Canadian comedian Che Durena, born and raised in British Columbia, is now based in Toronto after performing stand-up in Mexico. His comedy offers an absurd take on living abroad and his views on culture, race, relationships, and drugs.is based in Toronto after spending time performing standup in Mexico. Sept. 26-28 | Michael Yo
Michael Yo, a two-time Emmy nominee, comedian, actor and host, is known for his appearances on the Joe Rogan Experience and The Adam Carolla Show. He recently released a critically acclaimed comedy special “I Never Thought” and is actively working across various platforms in Hollywood.
