Terms & Conditions: Eligible planner must have an active RFP considering Arizona with a minimum of 100 group room nights and $5,000 F&B. Tempe Tourism Office (TTO) will pay for only one (1) airline ticket per site visit; $500 maximum value paid per airline ticket. There are certain exceptions to the room night requirement based on TTO/property approval. Please call 480-894-8158 for more information. **A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is needed for all site visits. *** Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note that once a flight has been booked, if you need to cancel TTO will invoice you for the cost of the airline ticket.
